Hi, I’m Julia
Before real estate, I spent seven years in runway and editorial modeling, where I learned how much styling, light and composition change the way a space feels. Today I’m a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast and the stager and decorator behind Julia Paris-Gainey Interiors. Working in real estate means I know what makes a home feel special and what adds lasting value, so every choice looks beautiful now and pays off later.
My signature is blues and greens, warm wood, mixed metals, statement art, and plenty of florals and greenery. Some homes want it light and airy, with soft blues, pale greens, whites, warm neutrals and bright gold accents. Others want it dark and moody, with deep navy, dark green or black walls, rich velvets, burnt orange accents and aged brass sconces. I love both.
Whichever way your home leans, the goal is the same: a space that feels collected, layered and completely yours.

Outside of work
You’ll usually find me at the beach, taking pictures, painting, playing with my dog or serving at church. Every now and then Noah and I make music together.
My faith is at the center of everything I do. I believe this work is about loving and serving people well during some of the biggest moments of their lives, and I’m grateful to do it here on the Gulf Coast.
